Welcome to Bloomshine. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights and responsibilities when engaging with Bloomshine.

2. Scope of Services

Bloomshine provides floral arrangements, fruit baskets, and related creative products for personal, corporate, and event use. These Terms apply to all orders, deliveries, and website interactions.

3. Orders & Payments

- Orders must be confirmed with full payment or deposit before preparation begins.  
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, online transfers, and other options listed at checkout.  
- Prices are displayed in local currency and may be subject to taxes or delivery fees.  

4. Delivery & Collection

- Bloomshine will deliver or arrange collection at agreed times.  
- Delivery times are estimates; delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are not Bloomshine’s responsibility.  
- Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Failed deliveries due to 

Incorrect information is non-refundable.  

5. Refunds & Returns

- Refunds will be issued for goods damaged during delivery.  
- Due to the perishable nature of flowers and fruits, returns are not accepted unless damage is proven at the time of delivery.  
- Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence where applicable.  

6. Substitutions

- Bloomshine reserves the right to substitute flowers or fruits of equal or greater value if specific items are unavailable.  

- Substitutions will maintain the overall design, quality, and aesthetic of the arrangement.  

7. Cancellations & Changes

- Upon placement of the order, no cancellation of the order will be accepted.

- Changes to orders are subject to availability and must be requested promptly.  

8. Customer Responsibilities

- Customers must ensure accurate information is provided for orders, payments, and deliveries.  
- Customers are responsible for inspecting 

goods upon delivery and reporting issues immediately.  

9. Intellectual Property

- All Bloomshine designs, branding, images, and website content remain the property of Bloomshine.  
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.  

10. Website Usage

- Users agree not to misuse the Bloomshine website, including attempts to disrupt services, hack systems, or engage in fraudulent activity.  
- Content on the website is provided for personal use only and may not be copied 

or redistributed without permission.  

11. Privacy & Data Protection

- Bloomshine respects customer privacy and handles personal data in accordance with applicable laws.  
- Information collected during orders is used solely for processing and improving services.  

12. Limitation of Liability

- Bloomshine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.  
- Liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
