Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that during peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed:

  • Malaysia: 3–5 business days
  • Indonesia: 3–7 business days
  • International: 10–29 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

We may offer:

  • Free shipping on qualifying orders (if applicable)

  • Flat-rate shipping (if applicable)

Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Bloomshine is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

  • The customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

  • Refunds will exclude original shipping fees.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

If your package appears lost in transit:

  • Please contact us immediately.

  • We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

Delivery Confirmation

Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered fulfilled. Bloomshine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
